/01The challenge

What was at stake.

Launching one online shop is hard; launching three, each with its own brand, catalogue and SEO, usually means three codebases, three bills and three times the bugs. The goal was one engine that could power any number of brands without copy-paste, and a catalogue pipeline that keeps thousands of dropshipped products accurate.

/02The approach

What we did.

  • One Medusa backend for every brand, with each shop as its own sales channel and storefront
  • A Next.js storefront per brand: its own design, copy and SEO, sharing one tested core
  • A supplier module that syncs stock from the feeds every hour and emails each supplier order
  • Brand config in typed files, so a new shop is a new brand file, not a new codebase
